Shipping & Returns

Returns & Refunds


   To return an item and receive a refund:
  • It is customer’s responsibility to check for discrepancies or defects in an order before any alterations or embellishments are made.
    Printed merchandise is non-returnable.

  • You must first receive a return authorization number (RA #) from a EZ T-Mart representative. Returns received by E without an RA # will be refused.

  • Return shipping is free of charge to the customer (one free return shipping per an order). However, the shipping & handling charges from the original order are not refundable.

  • To receive an RA # and your free UPS return shipping label, contact a E-Z Apparel World  representative by phone at 1 (773) 856-5350, or by the email form on the contact page. If your return is approved, within 2 business days or less our representative will send you an email which includes the RA #, return instructions, and a PDF attachment of the free UPS return shipping label. 

  • Follow the return instructions in the email you received.

  • Returns are generally processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed.
   Please be aware that:
  • Item return claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are not returnable.

  • EZ T-Mart only charges restocking fees of minimum 15% for business customers.

Cancellations

  • Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. Please contact our customer representative for any cancellation .
  • Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Backorders

  • E-Z Apparel World  does not do backorders.
  • If an item is unavailable it will be removed from the order, and you will be notified.

Shipping Time

  • 99% of all Orders ship same day for in stock items placed before 11am PST on normal buisness days*.
      *Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • See our Warehouse Locations for estimated shipping times.
  • We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock.
 

Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days of being placed.
  • We currently do not offer UPS Saturday Delivery.
  • UPS will not deliver packages on holidays.

Shipping Method

  • UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air available for most locations.
  • UPS SurePost is available for most locations
    (UPS SurePost shimpents will incur addional shipping time, AK & HI SurePost shipments may take 5-11 Days).
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

Payment Methods

  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover
  • Pay Pal
  • Credit cards issued outside of the USA are not accepted.
  • COD only for business pickup orders.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you must return the unwanted items and place a new order for the wanted items. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy below for instructions on the return process.
